Crew Carwash again tapped as one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”

Crew Carwash, based in Indiana with more than 30 locations, has once again been recognized by Glassdoor, a company review website, as a top place to work.

Glassdoor recently named Crew Carwash as a winner of in its 17th-annual Employees’ Choice Awards, recognizing the Best Places to Work 2025.

The Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on the Glassdoor site by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the past year

“The Best Places to Work award is more than just recognition; it’s a trusted guide for job seekers striving to find not only a great workplace but also a better work life,” said Christian Sutherland-Wong, CEO at Glassdoor.

Crew Carwash ended up being ranked No. 2 out of 100 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work U.S. Large list.

“As a family-owned business, we are honored to receive recognition as one of the best places to work. This accomplishment stands as a testament to the dedication of our exceptional team members whose embodiment of our people-focused, values-driven culture fosters an outstanding work environment,” said Sally Grant, third generation family business leader and executive vice president of Crew Carwash.

When employees submit reviews about their employer on Glassdoor, they are asked to share their opinions on some of the best reasons to work for their employer, any downsides and are encouraged to provide advice to management.

In addition, employees are asked to rate how satisfied they are with their employer overall and rate their CEO and key workplace attributes, including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management, and work-life balance.

The Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards Best Places to Work 2025 employer ratings are determined based on the quantity, quality and consistency of Glassdoor-approved company reviews submitted by U.S.-based employees between Oct. 17, 2023, and Oct. 16, 2024.

During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the Large list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes (overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend, and six-month business outlook).

The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm and considers quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.

In a separate ranking of the Best Led Companies of 2024, Quick Quack Car Wash came in at No. 45 out of 100.
