Links Car Wash has announced the expansion of its footprint in the state of Florida with the acquisition of a former Sunset Car Wash site in the city of Clearwater.
Links plans to undertake a full-scale remodel and rebuild of the current site in its efforts to bring an upgraded express car wash experience to the community.
The redevelopment will transform the location with new equipment and upgraded wash technology, which will provide faster and better services.
By refining the site’s design and operations, Links seeks to enhance both efficiency and convenience for customers.
“Clearwater is a natural fit for Links Car Wash as we continue to expand our footprint. We’re excited to revitalize this site and bring a revamped wash experience that reflects our commitment to quality, speed, and convenience,” Ryan Hanks, CEO of Links Car Wash, said in a statement.
Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Links Car Wash is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group and specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of premium express car wash services.
Last July, Madison Capital first announced their car wash venture, which began with a location in Tampa, Florida, following the acquisition of Bucket of Sudz.
Links remodeled and reopened the site under new management later in the year. Links seeks out strategically chosen locations, based on favorable demographics and minimal competition and are expected to outperform national performance averages.
