Club Car Wash completed an acquisition late Wednesday of all three operating locations of Express Car Wash Colorado, with Car Wash Advisory LLC serving as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor.
The transaction includes Express Car Wash Colorado’s full portfolio of express exterior tunnel car wash sites located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Terns of the sale were not released.
The acquisition expands Club Car Wash’s footprint in the Mountain West region of reflects the continued demand for high-quality, multi-site platforms in attractive growth markets.
Car Wash Advisory LLC acted as the sole and exclusive sell-side investment banking advisor to Express Car Wash Colorado throughout the transaction process.
