Charlotte, North Carolina-based Links Car Wash has revamped and expanded its executive team with the announcement of new chief executive and financial officers.
Links, a fast-growing express car wash company and affiliate of Madison Capital Group, recently named Joe Teague as Chief Executive Officer and Kelly Bacon has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
The company’s founder, Ryan Hanks, will continue to support the company as strategic advisor.
Teague brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, tax planning, and business operations. A licensed attorney and CPA, he has managed more than $1 billion in business transactions and advised real estate developers, private equity firms, and family offices throughout the Southeast.
Most recently, Teague served as President of Madison Capital Group for seven years, where he played a key role in driving strategic growth across multiple business lines.
“Joe’s leadership and experience are exactly what Links needs as we continue to grow,” said Hanks, founder of Links and Madison Capital Group. “He understands the vision, brings strong operational expertise, and will help us raise the bar across all areas of the business.”
As CEO, Teague will oversee all aspects of Links’ operations, growth strategy, and team development. His focus will include scaling site development, enhancing operational performance, driving membership growth, and building a strong leadership team to support the car wash operator’s ambitious expansion plans.

Bacon brings more than 25 years of financial leadership and operational experience across the convenience store, fuel, and car wash sectors. At The Wills Group, she led accounting, treasury, and tax functions for a $1 billion-plus business, spearheading a PDI ERP implementation and resolving seven years of accounting backlogs.
As Director of Accounting at Royal Farms, she streamlined closing processes, implemented Concur Expense and Sage Fixed Asset systems, and supported M&A due diligence.
“Kelly’s deep financial expertise will make her an outstanding addition to our team,” said Teague. “Her leadership will play a vital role in strengthening our financial strategy as we continue to expand.”
Links Car Wash recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its newest location in Tampa, Florida – just one of five new locations in the Sunshine State.
The company also celebrated the official re-opening of four newly re-branded Links locations in Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Land O’ Lakes, and New Port Richey, Florida.
