Links Car Wash, a fast-growing express car wash company and affiliate of Madison Capital Group, recently announced that Matt Pickelsimer has been named the company’s president.
Pickelsimer brings more than 20 years of operational leadership across the convenience store, restaurant, and car wash industries.
In his new role, he will focus on driving growth, profitability and operational excellence across all Links locations while shaping strategic direction and ensuring a strong customer focus.
“Matt’s deep industry experience and track record of results make him the perfect fit to help scale our operations,” said Joe Teague, who was recently named CEO of Links Car Wash.
“He brings a passion for excellence and a people-first approach that aligns perfectly with our goals as we continue to grow.”
Prior to joining Links, Pickelsimer served as senior vice president at Mammoth Holdings, where he revitalized a 155-store network, driving a 14-percent increase in same-store sales, reducing churn by 60 basis points, and delivering $2.3 million in annual savings through vendor consolidation.
Earlier in his career, he led successful turnarounds at Murphy USA and 7-Eleven, earning top company-wide performance honors and the “Most Improved Market” award from 7-Eleven.
Known for his expertise in P&L optimization, team development, and operational strategy, Pickelsimer is well-positioned to elevate Charlotte, North Carolina-based Links Car Wash through its next phase of expansion.
