Registration is open for Leadership Worth Following’s 2025 edition of its “Growth Summit,” which will take place Sept. 22-23 at Social Capitol in Arvada, Colorado.

Created for car washers, by car washers, this two-day leadership event is designed to help car wash professionals build stronger teams, develop as leaders, and create lasting impact within their organizations.

“At a time when the car wash industry is rapidly evolving, we believe the real differentiator isn’t just technology. It’s leadership,” said Justin Salisbury, CEO of LWF.

“The Growth Summit exists to help owners, operators, and emerging leaders grow into the kind of people others want to follow.”

A packed agenda includes keynote sessions, expert-led breakouts, and peer roundtables, and the event will focus on personal leadership development, team dynamics, brand building, and creating culture-driven organizations.

Confirmed speakers include well-known industry leaders such as Destiny Baker (Mammoth Holdings), Jason Baumgartner (Summit Wash Holdings), Amanda Beckett (Paek Management), Matt DeWolf (MK Quinn Media), Ryan Easter (The Allied Advantage), and Nick Lopez (Bubble Bath).

Key themes for the 2025 Growth Summit include:

● Growing strong leaders in the car wash industry

● Helping individuals become the best version of themselves

● Building high-performing teams that lead with purpose and clarity

Attendees will also receive the exclusive LWF Growth Guide, a workbook-style resource to help bring key learnings back to their washes and ensure long-term follow-through and accountability.

“We’re building a community of people who care deeply about leadership, not just revenue,” said Tara Baugher, LWF President.

“The LWF Growth Summit is where people show up, lean in, and walk away with more than just ideas. They leave with a plan.”
