Deltic Wash Force recently announced the appointment of Jordan Dean as its new car wash service program manager.
The move reinforces the company’s focus on customer service, operational excellence and innovation in the car wash industry.
In his new role, Dean leads a growing team across service, parts and the carwash chemistry program for the company based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. He takes a hands-on, results-driven approach focused on seamless operations and top-tier customer support.
“Jordan’s combination of deep technical expertise and proven leadership makes him a perfect fit for this position,” said Brett Bunston, Deltic Wash Force’s president. “His ability to align service delivery with business growth and customer satisfaction is exactly what we need as we scale.

Dean brings a strong background in technical service and business leadership to his new position. He is a licensed Automotive Service Technician, with extensive experience in operations and management.
Before Deltic, Dean worked as general manager and owner of a Matco Tools franchise. He improved local operations by delivering excellent service and optimizing customer relationships. He also helped improve performance across his regional territory.
