Clean Sweep Car Wash recently announced it has completed the sale of its three express car wash locations in Lexington, Kentucky.
Ardent Advisory Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Clean Sweep Car Wash in the transaction. The buyer, nor the transaction price, were not revealed.
The sale marks a strategic divestiture for Clean Sweep that allows ownership to focus on expansion and operations in its core markets across Iowa and Ohio.
The Lexington portfolio – comprised of high-traffic, express tunnel locations – attracted strong interest from both strategic and institutional buyers.
The transaction represents a key milestone for Clean Sweep as it continues to sharpen its geographic footprint and pursue growth in other territories.
