EverWash, a carwash membership platform, recently announced major executive leadership updates as it continues to expand operations and deliver revenue-driving solutions for wash operators.

Jim Lutz has officially joined EverWash as chief financial officer in a full-time role. Lutz started advising EverWash part-time in late 2024 and brings deep financial leadership experience to the team. He will lead all financial strategy and planning.

Lutz holds degrees from Penn State and Carnegie Mellon. His prior roles include positions at GeoBlue, Qlik and IBM. He lives in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, and enjoys cycling and skiing.

EverWash also promoted Chris Villella to chief commercial officer (CCO), elevating him from his role as vice president of business development. Villella joined EverWash in 2022 and will now lead the sales, marketing and account management teams. His role aligns all go-to-market efforts under a single strategic vision.

Longtime team member Max Pulcini has been named vice president of marketing. He moves up from senior director of marketing and communications. Pulcini joined EverWash in 2017 and will continue leading communications, content and lead generation.

“These leadership updates reflect our commitment to building a world-class team to support EverWash’s continued momentum,” said Scott Caplan, founder and CEO of EverWash.

“Jim, Chris and Max have each played critical roles in our success, and I’m confident they’ll help us drive even greater value for our partners, members and employees moving forward.”

EverWash powers membership programs for more than 1,000 car washes nationwide. The car wash membership platform provides operators with technology, marketing and support tools that grow revenue and build customer loyalty.
