Micrologic Associates, a leading provider of technology solutions for the car wash industry, recently announced the launch of three innovations set to redefine customer engagement, operational efficiency, and marketing automation for car wash operators.
Micrologic, based in Parsippany, New Jersey, is a provider of integrated systems for the car wash and quick lube industries.
The three new innovations involve the company’s Celeris payment kiosk line, its WashHub marketing automation platform; and its AI Chatbot and phone agent.
“These new technologies are a direct result of listening to our customers and understanding the evolving needs of the car wash industry,” Jenny Beadle, Marketing Specialist at Micrologic Associates, said in a statement.
“Our goal is to empower operators with tools that improve performance, reduce friction, and elevate the customer experience.”
A summary of the new offerings:
Celeris Payment Kiosk Line
The Celeris Kiosk features a sleek, modern design with a 21-inch screen angled toward the driver for optimal visibility and ease of interaction. The Celeris line includes two models: Celeris Aero (A card-only kiosk for streamlined, secure payments) and Celeris Forte (which accepts cash and card payments). Both models are equipped with ultra-fast payment processing.
WashHub Marketing Automation Platform
WashHub is a fully integrated marketing automation platform built into the company’s flagship WashAssist management system. WashHub empowers operators to run sophisticated marketing campaigns directly from the platform, with features including automated text and email drip campaigns; custom landing pages; and audience segmentation tools for targeted messaging. Customer data stays within the WashAssist ecosystem, making tracking and engagement effortless.
AI ChatBot and Phone Agent
The new AI ChatBot and Phone Agent were developed to enhance customer service with minimal setup. These intelligent bots are custom-built in minutes using client-provided documents such as URLs, SOPs, and knowledge bases. The ChatBot is embedded on websites to assist customers 24/7 while Phone Agent handles inbound phone calls with human-like responsiveness.
