Prestige Car Wash recently completed the acquisition of 15 locations from Nice N Clean Car Wash and was represented by the Canton, Massachusetts-based law firm of Barsh and Cohen P.C.
The acquisition marks a significant expansion for Prestige Car Wash, bringing its total footprint to 49 sites, expanding deeper into Southeastern Massachusetts, and entering the Rhode Island market for the first time with a new location in Johnston.

Cohen represented Prestige Car Wash, handling all legal aspects of the deal – including title and escrow services, negotiation and execution of non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, funding coordination and title insurance.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
In addition to the site in Rhode Island, the newly acquired locations span Bridgewater, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Halifax, Holbrook, Middleborough, New Bedford, Raynham, Rockland, Somerset, and West Bridgewater – all in Massachusetts.
Rebranding efforts are underway, and Prestige is focused on seamlessly integrating these sites into its portfolio.
