Quick Quack Car Wash has added a second location in Manteca, California, following its acquisition of Whisper Express Car Wash.
The acquisition strengthens Quick Quack’s commitment to the Central Valley area. The company now operates 280 locations across the Southwest and plans for additional expansion.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quick Quack will temporarily close the new Manteca location (1350 Phoenix Dr.) to complete upgrades and site improvements. All Whisper Express memberships have been canceled.
When the site reopens sometime this summer, the company says customers will see the same team, improved service and advanced wash technology. During the renovations, Quick Quack members can wash at the second Manteca location at 2183 W. Atherton Dr.
“We’re excited to expand our footprint in Manteca and bring the Quick Quack experience to even more community members,” Jason Johnson, CEO of Quick Quack Car Wash, said in a statement.
“This acquisition reflects our vision to be ‘Fast. Clean. Loved.’ everywhere by providing convenient access to high-quality carwashes.”
Quick Quack plans to seek fundraiser nominations from community members as the grand opening event approaches.
Quick Quack promotes unlimited wash plans and eco-friendly washes while actively supporting community causes.
The Sacramento, California-based company was founded in 2004 and has sites across five states – California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado and Texas.
