Prestige Car Wash, a rapidly expanding car wash operator based in Massachusetts, has added four more car wash locations in a recent purchase, according to the Worcester (Mass.) Business Journal.

The company, based in Canton, Mass., operates around 30 locations in the greater Boston area, which include car washes, gas stations, convenience stores and that are combination facilities.

The Worcester Business Journal first reported that the Worcester District Registry of Deeds records show Prestige purchased five properties in four different towns which were finalized on March 11 for more than $3.41 million.

All five sites were purchased from Pallotta Family Realty Trust of Shrewsbury. The sites each contain an Ernie’s Auto Wash location. In fact, the website for Ernie’s Auto Wash now directs customers to Prestige’s website for more information.

The five properties (one site contains two properties) purchased by Prestige had a combined 2025 tax assessment value of $3.28 million.

The four new properties purchased are located at 888 Southbridge St., in Auburn, Mass.; 1 Meadow Road, in Spencer, Mass.; 114 West Boylston St., in West Boylston, Mass.; and 579-589 Millbury St., in Worcester, Mass.

Prestige recently purchased a pair of Clean & Green Car Wash sites for $4.75 million in 2022 and added another site in Milford in 2023 for $4.7 million, which it lists as “coming soon.”

Prestige Car Wash, founded in 1997 and owned by New York Capital Investment Group, offers a vast array of services, including high-quality car washes, dog washes, convenience stores, and gas stations.
