Rinsed introduces new tools to help car wash operators boost customer loyalty

Rinsed, a leader in subscription-based management software for car wash operators, has released two new features designed to help car wash operators improve customer loyalty.

The new features are the Rewards Loyalty Program and the Customer App. Each supports a stronger connection with customers, whether it’s through meaningful rewards or the ease of accessing memberships on a mobile device.

The Rewards Loyalty Program, now included with The Car Wash CRM, makes it easy to encourage the behaviors that matter most to a car wash business, such as referrals, promotional participation, or hitting membership milestones.

Operators can customize how points are earned and redeemed, and customers can use those points for things like a free wash, a discounted month of membership, or even a complimentary service like an oil change (where applicable).

Through this program, operators can reward both retail and member customers; customize earning rules and redemption options; run birthday promos, opt-in bonuses, and referral rewards; make it easy for customers to see and use their points through the customer portal and app; and grant discretionary points to surprise and delight customers or turn a less-than-perfect experience into a positive one.

“This program gives operators a more flexible way to build loyalty,” said Hank Fichtner, Head of Product at Rinsed. “It’s about rewarding the actions that drive real results, while keeping the setup simple and the experience easy for customers to manage.”

The Customer App helps can be installed directly to the home screen of a phone – no app store required – and gives members instant access to manage their plan: updating payment info, viewing billing history, or switching plans in just a few taps.

The App, which is available as an add-on to The Car Wash CRM product, also opens up a new way to reach your customers through push notifications, allowing operators to bypass the inbox clutter and deliver reminders about expiring cards, loyalty points earned, or special offers.
