The Wash Tub, a family-owned car wash operator based in San Antonio, Texas, is now selling its unique 2025 Fiesta medals at select locations as part of an annual fundraiser.

Each year, the company partners with the art department at Alamo Heights High School to create a unique medal design, showcasing local student talent while also supporting a meaningful cause.

For the second consecutive year, The Wash Tub chose Haven for Hope – a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness in San Antonio – as the beneficiary of all Fiesta medal sales.

The medals are a tradition and worn during the week-long Fiesta, an annual festival started in 1891 also known as the “Battle of Flowers” that commemorates the Battle of the Alamo.

The medals worn during the festival may proclaim political stances, make historical tributes, raise social awareness or mark major milestones.

Alamo Heights High School art students were challenged to design a medal that reflects Haven for Hope’s mission while incorporating The Wash Tub’s brand.

After reviewing multiple creative submissions, one standout design was selected, and the winning student was awarded a scholarship and their artwork featured on the medal.

Produced by Monarch Trophy, the limited-edition Fiesta medals are available for $10 at The Wash Club locations in San Antonio, Texas; Helotes, Texas; Schertz, Texas; and New Braunfels, Texas.

All proceeds from the sales will go toward supporting Haven for Hope’s programs.
