Transchem gives its AutoLux line big branding and marketing push

Transchem Group, a global leader in car wash and industrial cleaning products and services, has decided to put a big marketing and branding push behind its low cost, “house” brand of offerings.

AutoLux is Transchem’s house brand of affordable but effective products that lack some of the “extras” like extravagant scents, color dyes and advanced technologies found in its flagship chemical line, Turtle Wax Pro.

With a larger demand for cost-effective products, Transchem has decided to put significant marketing and branding support behind some of its key AutoLux offerings.

The move is aimed at helping car wash businesses maximize value for their customers while maintaining healthy profit margins.

“Until now, Transchem Group hasn’t done any formal branding for our AutoLux products, despite the chemical lineup being used for decades with exceptional results,” said Mack Ewing, the company’s director of strategiciInitiatives.

“We wanted to further elevate what AutoLux products have always been intended for, a strong value-oriented option to support car wash success. These products fit Transchem’s commitment to excellence in car wash cleaning, shining and drying, while now carrying branding that can be leveraged to add marketing value to car washes all over North America.”

Six products have been targeted in the new AutoLux rollout:

Triple Wash: A bubblegum-scented trifecta of detergents that use a rich and creamy foam to effectively clean vehicles while delivering a classic and colorful show.
Volcano Bath: Resembling volcanic activity, a thick curtain of bubbly foam melts dirt, grease and bug residue off vehicles to produce an exceptionally clean finish.
Ceramic Surface Guard: Featuring a berry lemonade scent, this ceramic infused finishing product adds a deep layer of protection against weather elements, scuff marks, and UV rays with a shine-enhancing guard.
Raincoat: A raincoat for vehicles – repels rain, sleet, snow, and ice from surfaces while providing light protection to improve driver visibility in harsh weather conditions.
Graphene Surface Enhancer: Utilizes graphene technology to produce a long-lasting, suit-of-armor-like protection on vehicles to defend against scratches, dirt, and harsh weather with an impressive shiny finish!
Hydro Blast: An ultra-concentrated drying agent that blasts water off surfaces, reducing water spotting and facilitating faster drying times with quick water beading.

All six products will now feature unique logos, print materials, and on-site/in-bay signage to add attractive marketing to wash packages that place a high priority on customer value.
